There are three different application methods for this type of covering system.
> Integration of perforated panels with acoustic insulation; this solution makes it possible to create pre-assembled boiserie modules to be fixed to the wall by using coupling profiles. This solution optimises installation time while ensuring high acoustic performance and aesthetic quality. The staves will be pre-fixed to the panels individually. Maximum module size 600×2950 with 6-7/10 micro-perforated steel panels.
> Punctual fixing of staves/baffles to the wall using special anchoring brackets.
> Fixing of flat beams for attaching the staves at pitch: a system that speeds up the laying phase, but leaves the stave visible; this aspect should be evaluated during the design phase, in order not to compromise the aesthetics of the boiserie. To mitigate this effect, we recommend the use of staves with a minimum spacing of 20 mm and sleepers in the same colour as the wall.
All systems include integration with lighting fixtures, frames and perimeter shutters.
