At Castellana 85, in Madrid financial heart, the new building of Accenture, the well-known multinational company specialized in strategic and management consulting, stands out for its avant-garde architectural concept that blends technology and human brain, foreshadowing trends and cultures.
A new and welcoming building conceived to be adapted to the specific user experience needs of professionals, visitors and customers; an activity and meeting centre designed to foster opportunities for innovation and growth within an agile, flexible and liquid dimension.
As result of this emerging and increasingly shared vision, the 9,000 m2, spread over 5 floors and a terrace of 1,200 m2, aim to become places to live memorable experiences.
Made with materials based on the principle of circular economy and powered exclusively by renewable sources, the new building, LEED certified, is equipped with the most modern environmental control systems to monitor all internal parameters and automatically calibrate all factors such as temperature, lights, air conditioning and so on to ensure the best comfort conditions and the highest energy savings. For its technological, homocentric and sustainable building, Accenture has chosen the Atena Enigma suspended ceilings made in “Water Effect” steel, which simulate the water ripples and through sophisticated reflections elegantly expand the space perception. A system this one made with 600x1200mm and custom made size clip in panels, installed with double Atena CDW structure, which allows one by one modules dismounting for quick plenum access, during plant maintenance operations.
